Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer returns under the following terms.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused with original tags and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, instructions on how to send your item back will be supplied.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care goods (e.g. hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the unwanted item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the funds.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, we may offer a repair or replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
