Bridger #2 Offset Modified 4-Coil Trap

The Bridger #2 Offset Modified Laminated is a compact but heavy-duty foothold trap suited to cats and foxes. This modified 4-coil version features increased spring strength, a reinforced baseplate and offset laminated jaws, producing a fast, strong trap designed for demanding professional trapping and pest animal control applications.

The 1/4" offset jaws leave a small gap between the jaw faces when the trap is closed, while welded steel lamination strips increase the width of the jaw surface. This helps distribute pressure across a larger area than a standard narrow steel jaw while maintaining strong holding performance. Its compact size and strengthened construction make the Bridger #2 Modified a practical option where a smaller-profile trap is required.

Please Note

Some traps may show signs of light surface rust when received. This is not detrimental to the trap and is actually preferred when preparing traps with logwood dye, as the lightly oxidised surface helps the dye take up and blacken the steel prior to use.

These traps are supplied with a standard 10" chain and swivel and are not sold with a Jake assembly.
