Red Logwood Trap Dye is a traditional powdered trap treatment used to help protect steel traps against rust and corrosion while giving them a subtle, natural darkened finish. Designed to be dissolved in hot water and simmered with traps, it is particularly effective on traps that have developed a light coating of surface rust.
One 450g bag treats approximately 1–2 dozen large traps or 2–4 dozen smaller traps when mixed with around 18–19 litres of water. For additional protection and smoother trap operation, trap wax can be applied after dyeing. Imported from the USA.
