The XtraArm ATV Shooting Rest System is a heavy-duty mounted shooting rest designed for professional hunters, pest controllers and landholders who need a stable, adjustable shooting platform from an ATV, side-by-side or UTV.

Built for demanding field use, the XtraArm helps reduce movement through the rifle and provides a more controlled, repeatable shooting position than resting on a door, window frame or tripod. It is well suited to night shooting, predator control and general pest management where fast setup, consistency and shot stability matter.

Developed between XtraArm in Cleveland, Ohio and FHR Outfitters in Texas, this system brings together precision machining, practical field experience and workmanship from experienced hunters who understand what equipment needs to do in real hunting conditions.

The system combines the XtraArm articulating arm with the FHR mounting clamp to create a strong, stable shooting platform for your ATV. The clamp is available in round or square configurations to suit the shape of the custom mounting bar. The correctly sized mounting bar must be sourced or fabricated separately to suit the individual vehicle setup.

Once mounted, the XtraArm can be positioned where needed to support the rifle in a practical shooting position, helping the shooter get on target quickly and take a steadier, more controlled shot from the vehicle.

The XtraArm ATV Shooting Rest System is available with three attachment options depending on how you want to secure your rifle.

Ballhead Adapter

Best suited to customers who already have a compatible ball head with a 3/8"-16 female thread. The adapter allows you to attach your existing ball head directly to the XtraArm system.

Ballhead with Arca/Picatinny Clamp

Designed for rifles fitted with an Arca Swiss or Picatinny rail underneath. This option allows the firearm to be clamped directly to the shooting rest for a secure, stable connection and fast positioning.

Ballhead with U-Grip Saddle Clamp

A versatile clamp-style attachment designed to suit a broad range of rifles without requiring an Arca or Picatinny rail. This is the most universal option for customers wanting to use the shooting rest across multiple firearms.

Important fitment information

This listing does not include the custom mounting bar required to fit the system to your ATV, side-by-side or UTV.

The FHR mounting clamp must be attached to a correctly sized bar that has been sourced or fabricated separately to suit your vehicle and intended mounting position.
